From the South
(San Diego / La Jolla / Del Mar):
Take I-5 North toward Encinitas.
Take the Lomas Santa Fe Dr exit toward Solana Beach.
Turn left onto Lomas Santa Fe Dr.
Continue west toward the coast.
Turn right onto S. Coast Hwy 101.
Continue north into Cardiff.
Turn left onto Birmingham Dr, then left onto San Elijo Ave.
From the East
(Escondido / Rancho Santa Fe / Poway):
Take CA-78 West or I-15 South to CA-56 West.
Merge onto I-5 South briefly.
Take the Birmingham Dr exit.
Turn right onto Birmingham Dr.
Turn left onto San Elijo Ave.
Alternate from
Rancho Santa Fe:
Take El Camino Real south to Manchester Ave.
Turn right toward the coast.

What to Expect When You Arrive
We want your visit to be stress-free from the moment you pull into the parking lot. Here’s what to expect:
Parking:
Pull into the building parking lot off San Elijo Ave. Parking is free. If the lot is full, street parking is available along San Elijo Ave in both directions.
Finding Suite 200:
Enter the building and take the elevator or stairs to the second floor. Our clinic is Suite 200. You will see the Seaside Ketamine sign at the entrance.
Check In:
Arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete any remaining paperwork. For returning patients, 5 minutes early is sufficient.
Bring a Driver:
For ketamine infusion appointments, you must have someone drive you home afterward. Please arrange for a friend, family member, or rideshare pickup. You cannot drive yourself after treatment.
Dress Comfortably:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. We provide blankets and pillows. Some patients bring their own eye mask or headphones — we also have these available.
Food & Hydration:
Eat a light meal 2–3 hours before your session. Avoid heavy food immediately before treatment. Stay well hydrated throughout the day.

Yes. We have a free parking lot directly at the building. If the lot is full, street parking is available along San Elijo Ave.
Do I need someone to drive me home after treatment?
Yes. If you are receiving IV ketamine, IM ketamine, or Spravato treatment, you must have a driver.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment.
Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The building has elevator access to the second floor and the clinic is ADA-compliant.
Can someone wait during treatment?
Yes. A family member or driver is welcome to wait in our reception area.
What is the nearest landmark?
